About the Course

Healing from the Root™ is a 20-hour integrative wellness training designed to support yoga teachers and wellness practitioners in deepening their understanding of chakra-based awareness and holistic facilitation tools. The program explores how breath, movement, meditation, sound, nutrition, and reflective practices can support balance, self-awareness, and embodied presence. This training is experiential, trauma-aware, and ethically grounded, offering practical tools that may be integrated into yoga classes, wellness sessions, workshops, and personal practice—within an appropriate non-clinical scope of practice.
